2. What this site is
This site is an independent information resource publishing comparative reviews of Kraków dental clinics. We are not connected with the clinics we write about, do not act as their agent or representative, and do not provide the services they offer.
The material on this site is not an offer, an appointment booking, a contract or a promise of any result. There is no registration or user account, and no payment is taken on the site.
3. Sources and currency of information
Rankings are compiled from public sources as of the date stated in the article. Prices, opening hours, staff and service lists change. Before contacting a clinic, confirm current details directly with it.
A clinic's score reflects an editorial opinion formed under the published methodology. It is not a certification, an audit or an official confirmation of any fact about the clinic.
4. Not medical advice
The content of this site is informational, is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and does not replace seeing a qualified clinician in person. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something you read here.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law, the editorial team is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the information published, for possible inaccuracies and omissions in it, or for the actions of any organisation mentioned. Your relationship with a clinic arises solely between you and that clinic.
6. No advertising
This site does not sell advertising, does not carry affiliate links and receives no payment for referrals to clinics. Links to clinic websites are ordinary external links for the reader's convenience. The order of clinics in the ranking is calculated from the criteria and weights in the ranking policy and is not for sale.
7. Rights to the content
The texts, structure of the material, the scoring methodology and the site design belong to the editorial team. Clinic names, trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are used solely to identify the organisations described; mentioning them does not imply that those organisations endorse this site.
Quoting short fragments with a visible link to the source page is permitted. Wholesale copying of rankings, tables and methodology is not.
8. Enquiries from organisations featured
If you represent a clinic mentioned on the site and wish to correct data, add to it or request removal of the material, write to redakcja@chirurgia-stomatologiczna-krakow-ranking.pl. We review such enquiries and promptly correct factual inaccuracies. An editorial score is not changed for payment.
9. External links
The site contains links to third-party resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or data handling practices.
10. Changes to the terms
The terms may be updated; the date at the top of the document reflects the version in force. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
